Ladeside FAQ's...
Where is Kevin Cuthbert Personal Training based?
KCPT is based at Unit 14-15, Ladeside Business Centre, St Catherine’s Road, Perth, PH1 5RY.
We offer both one-to-one personal training and small Group PT sessions from our dedicated training centre in Perth.
What type of personal training do you offer?
We offer both one-to-one personal training and small Group PT.
One-to-one personal training gives you focused support from a dedicated personal trainer, with your training tailored around your goals, fitness level and lifestyle.
Group PT gives you the motivation and support of training with other people while still receiving professional coaching and guidance.
What is Group PT?
Group PT is small group personal training led by a professional coach.
You train alongside other KCPT members, but sessions are designed so you can work at a level that suits your own ability. It combines structured coaching with the encouragement and motivation that comes from training as part of a group.
Do I need to be fit before joining Group PT?
No. Group PT is designed to work around your individual ability rather than expecting everyone in the group to be at the same fitness level.
Our aim is to help you build confidence, become more consistent and make progress with support from your coach and the people training alongside you.
How many people are in a Group PT session?
KCPT Group PT sessions have a maximum of 12 people, allowing you to train as part of a supportive group while still receiving guidance from a personal trainer.
When are Group PT sessions available?
We run Group PT sessions throughout the working week, with morning, daytime and evening options.
Sessions currently start as early as 6:00am, with evening sessions available on several days. You can view our current Group PT schedule online to find the times that suit you.
How do I book Group PT sessions?
KCPT members can book their Group PT sessions through the KCPT app.
This gives you flexibility to choose sessions around your own schedule, subject to availability.

Do you offer one-to-one personal training in Perth?
Yes. KCPT offers one-to-one personal training at Ladeside in Perth.
Your personal trainer works with you to create a plan around your goals, current fitness level and lifestyle. One-to-one PT provides individual coaching, support and accountability and allows you to progress at your own pace.
What equipment is available?
KCPT has a range of cardio, strength and functional fitness equipment suitable for different fitness levels and types of training.
Your trainer can help you use the equipment that is most appropriate for your programme and goals.
How do I get started with KCPT?
The best place to start is with a free consultation.
This gives us the chance to find out what you want to achieve, discuss the type of training and support you are looking for and decide which KCPT option is the best fit for you.
Do I have to train alone?
Not at all.
If training alone is not for you, our small Group PT sessions give you the chance to train with other people in a structured and supportive environment.
If you prefer individual attention, you can choose one-to-one personal training instead.
